All LAWFUL information is strictly PRIVATE and CONFIDENTIAL.

• Perth Private Investigations will not under any circumstances divulge any information to anyone other than its own investigators about our clients, the nature of work undertaken and any other information be it either verbal, electronic, photographic or any other form of media without the express WRITTEN approval of the client.
• We will not acknowledge you as a client to any third party without express written approval by you.
• All original evidence including any correspondence shall be returned upon completion of the case with the exception of records kept as prescribed by law.
• No personal information such as email address, mobile phone, physical address or any other contact details shall be given to any third parties unless specifically requested in writing by the client.
• Any electronic media such as emails and IP addresses that are retained on our servers shall be in accordance with the prescribed laws and remain confidential and shall only be used as was intended by the client.
• Case files shall be stored in a secure place and shall not be accessed by anyone other than employees of Perth Private Investigation Services or any other third party with express written permission from the client

All the above shall be void if information or data is required by any Law  enforcement agency as authorized by the process of law to access such information, be it under legal process or subpoena.
